Return and Refund Policy

 

Refund Policy for A to Z Sign and Design LLC

At A to Z Sign and Design LLC, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Custom Orders

A. No Refunds for Custom Designs
Since many of our products and services are custom-designed to meet your specific needs, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders once the design has been approved and production has begun. This includes any signage, prints, or designs created specifically for your business, event, or personal use.

B. Cancellation of Custom Orders
If you need to cancel a custom order, please notify us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet entered production, we may be able to process a partial refund, subject to a cancellation fee to cover any design or preparation work already completed.  

2. Non-Custom Products

A. Refunds for Non-Custom Products
For non-custom items (e.g., stock signage or other standard products), we offer a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

B. Conditions for Refund
To qualify for a refund on non-custom products:

  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including all original packaging, parts, and documentation.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation).
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

A. Damaged or Defective Products
